Ride Revolution Starters Package – from £90pcm

Not only are you provided with a tailored training program, you will also have access to our in house rider liaison officer to help you out along the way. This package is intended for those who are new to coaching, looking to start racing or simply wanting a general performance & fitness improvement. Its also well suited to those who just want to add some structure to their riding.

Initial consultation with one of our coaches to establish your goals and needs and to set up training zones where necessary. Your coach will explain this process and the benefits if you are not familiar with structured training.

Monthly training plan tailored towards your needs using either power, heart rate or RPE (rating of perceived exertion).

Towards the end of each month, have a chat with your coach before the following months training is prepared. This helps address any concerns and ensures each new plan matches your ever changing needs.

Training peaks account/integration of existing account. Training Peaks is an online system that allows rides to be posted by your coach and gives you and your coach easy access to your training all in one place.

RideRevolution have our very own Rider Liaison officer. Sarah is on hand to help with those sorts of questions that just need to be asked. So if you need to understand how to enter a race, which Sportive to ride, or where to purchase anything cycling related, Sarah is there to help! You will also be able to contact your coach as required.

This plan is intended to help beginner riders who are new to being coached, so we offer maximum flexibility. Riders normally move on from this package to our Core option once they have raced a couple of times.
